MY BACKGROUND...
Hello, I am Kate the founder of Cole & Fox Interior Design. My background has always been a creative one, graduating in 2006 with a Fashion Marketing Degree to later completing an Interior Design Diploma.
Being a home designer I am passionate about interior design and understand fluidity is key when creating a cohesive space.
My personal style is transitional, mixing old with the new and breathing a new lease of life into a property. I love contemporary style and clean lines for the modern home.
Our ethos has always been to try to get to know clients before we start the design process, this is to ensure we design the space with their personality & personal style in mind, something that is a true refection of their way of life and how they want the world to see them & their home.

WHERE IT BEGAN...
Around 8 years ago, I began to buy & renovate older properties with my husband (Mr Fox) along side working as a Flooring Designer.
We would do all the designing & sourcing (not the building and technical stuff we left that to the professionals!) I absolutely loved the whole process from design to project managing .
I was regularly asked by potential buyers & Estate Agents if I had hired an interior designer to do the renovation work!
Although I would have loved to set up as an interior designer back then, the timing wasn't right to give up my day job.
Life is all about timing.....
JOURNEY SO FAR...
After spending years on my own small & larger projects, re-designing homes from the inside out, giving homes a new lease of life, I decided it was time to start my own consultancy, with the design knowledge from my Fashion Degree & redesigning people's flooring stories to work with their new or existing decor in their homes for many years, the next step was to offer the full interior service.
I design with the whole property in mind, your home should feel connected as you walk through it, if you don't know how to connect your home, I will show you how and ensure you and your family needs are always at the heart of the project.
