Service Description

Are you overwhelmed with choosing the right paint colour and have enough samples to open your own paint shop? This service is a home consultation with an additional exact colour sampling service. It provides the exact colour scheming with pre-painted paint samples brought to your home, where I will advise you on the best colour scheme for that space. I will take into account existing furniture, advise on room layout, make suggestions regarding wallpaper, if required and give you the confidence you need to get painting. You can utilise this service throughout your home within the allocated timeframe. This is approx. a 2 hour appointment in your home with paint colour sampling. The samples shown are from our colour sample collection, please note that these are not left with you and are taken when the consultant leaves. You will receive a brief summary of the colours and brands discussed after the consultation via email.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an existing booking we require at least 48 hours notice. If we do not receive 48 hours notice you will be required to pay an admin fee of £25 plus 25% of your total booking. This will be invoiced and is payable no later than 7 days after you receive your invoice. To reschedule your booking please speak to us and we will arrange a more convenient date and time for you. If you reschedule with our required 48 hours notice there will be no charge for this. However, should you give less than 48 hours, you may be subject to an admin charge. We understand that there may be circumstances in which giving 48 hours notice is not possible. Please do speak with us if you encounter an issue and we will do our best to help you. Any exclusions from the cancelation and rescheduling policy is always at the discretion of Cole & Fox.
